Booking and Confirmation
When making a reservation, the customer agrees to provide the necessary information: name, address, telephone number and email address, as well as the expected arrival and departure times.
The reservation is binding from the moment it is made.
For bookings made through the online store, the full payment is made at the time of booking.
Customers are advised to read the description of the accommodation before making a reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
Lumous and Taika – Forest Accommodation
Check-in: from 3:00 PM, unless otherwise stated in the arrival instructions sent by email.
Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa
Check-in: from 4:00 PM on the arrival day.
Check-out: by 12:00 PM on the departure day.
(Applies to accommodation bookings.)
Cancellation Terms
Lumous and Taika – Forest Accommodation / Experiential Accommodation
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the reservation value.
A reservation can be transferred to another date only once. It is not possible to change the accommodation when transferring a reservation.
The transfer must be made no later than 14 days before the original arrival date.
If a transferred reservation is subsequently cancelled, the full rental price will always be charged, regardless of when the cancellation is made.
For reservations made using a discount code, the full rental price will always be charged regardless of when the reservation is cancelled.
Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa – Accommodation
Summer season bookings from 7 June to 16 August
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations made 30–14 days before the start of the reservation, 50% of the rental price will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the reservation value.
Cancellations due to illness are subject to the same cancellation terms stated above.
Bookings outside the summer season
For spring, autumn and possible winter accommodation bookings, the same cancellation terms apply as for Lumous and Taika forest accommodation.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will be charged at 100% of the reservation value.

The Merchant's Right to Cancel a Reservation
All accommodation and venue bookings
In the event of force majeure, the merchant may cancel the rental agreement. In this case, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid.
Other Terms
Lumous and Taika – Forest Accommodation
Cleaning, bed linen, towels and breakfast supplies are included in the accommodation price.
Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa – Accommodation
Final cleaning, bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price.
The customer is responsible for cleaning the accommodation themselves, using the instructions and cleaning equipment provided at the property. Please leave the accommodation clean and pleasant for the next guests.
If the accommodation and surrounding area are left unclean after your stay, a cleaning fee of €110 will be charged. If a dog has stayed at the property, an additional €30 pet cleaning fee will be charged.
If you would like to purchase final cleaning from the host (€110), please inform us when making the accommodation reservation.
Pets
Pets are allowed at Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa. Please inform us about the pet when making the reservation.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Lumous and Taika forest accommodation.
General Terms
Liability for Damage
Lumous and Taika – Forest Accommodation and Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa Accommodation and Venue Bookings
The customer is responsible for taking care of the accommodation, furnishings, rental equipment and surrounding environment and for keeping them undamaged.
If the customer causes any damage, breaks or otherwise damages anything, the customer must notify Luontovire immediately and is liable for the damage caused.
Number of Guests
Forest accommodation: maximum 2 persons.
Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa: maximum 6 persons.
During spring and winter, a smaller cabin-style booking for 2 persons may be available. In this case, one kitchen/room with two beds and the sauna are available.
An exception may be made for families travelling with several children. Please contact us if you have a need for additional sleeping capacity.
Only the number of persons stated in the reservation may stay at the accommodation, and the maximum number of guests may not be exceeded.
During weekly rentals at Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa, any visiting guests must be reported to the renter in advance. The maximum number of overnight guests may not be exceeded.
Visitors are not allowed at the forest accommodation.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors at all accommodation and venue locations.
Keys and Instructions
Information about key collection will be provided with the booking confirmation or later by email.
Information about the accommodation may also be provided with the payment confirmation and/or later by email.
Written instructions concerning the use of the accommodation, keys, pets, cleaning, safety, open fires and other practical matters are available at the property.
Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa – Venue Booking and Cleaning Terms
These terms apply to venue bookings, for example when the facilities are arranged for a party or other event.
One-Day Venue Booking
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the booking.
For cancellations made 30–14 days before the start of the booking, 50% of the venue rental price will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the booking will be charged at 100% of the booking value.
The opening and closing times for venue bookings differ from the check-in and check-out times for accommodation bookings.
One-day venue bookings must be paid in full immediately after the reservation is made.
Weekend or Multi-Day Venue Booking
For a full-weekend or multi-day venue booking, the rental will be invoiced afterwards. A €200 booking fee is charged when the reservation is confirmed.
If the venue booking is longer than 3 days, the booking fee will be higher, at €70 per day.
The booking fee is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the start of the booking.
Cleaning – Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa Venue Booking
For Haukilammen Tunnelmatupa venue bookings other than accommodation, final cleaning is included in the rental price.
